Technical Lead Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst-Technical Lead to join their ISD Revenue Cycle Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead support efforts for the deployment of Hyland OnBase in an Epic hospital environment

Manage multiple complex projects, including documentation, project management, and system integration

Mentor less experienced team members and facilitate end-user training and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Typically has 7+ years of experience in modern technology and application support

Demonstrates a thorough understanding of information technology fundamentals, including SDLC

Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment, effectively mentoring others

OnBase certification and technical skills in HL7 integration and SQL query development

Willingness to maintain standby status for 24 / 7 availability during the rotation
