Senior Tax Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to manage federal and state income tax compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Research applicable tax laws and regulations

Prepare and support the filing of federal and state income tax returns and related schedules

Provide technical support during jurisdictional examinations and respond to notices from tax authorities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

3-5 years of relevant work experience in Public Accounting or multinational entities

Proficiency in Excel and applications such as Thomson Reuters (OneSource) or similar

Strong background in taxation and current tax law knowledge

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
