Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to manage and oversee financial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and budget management, contributing to the successful execution of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting to identify variances
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial planning
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for project stakeholders
• Implement cost control measures to maximize project profitability
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Provide insights on anticipated costs and overall financial performance of projects
