Ability to balance hands-on duties with strategic responsibilities.
Finance Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support our ongoing growth. As a key member of a small but dynamic team, you will manage day-to-day accounting, financial planning, reporting, and strategy, helping to shape the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Streamline and improve financial processes to support efficiency and scalability.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external vendors.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of accounting / finance software.
- Support internal controls and maintain accurate financial documentation.
