Crisis Counselor - Florida Licensed

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Cape Coral, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress

Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources

Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across software systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university

Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services

Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule, including weekends and holidays

Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a stable internet connection

Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
