    • ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

    Our agency opened in 2001 and currently has a small team of one full-time and two part-time team members. Before opening my agency, I spent eight years as a fire claims representative with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and how to provide exceptional service.

    I studied business at College of Charleston. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy working on home construction projects and cheering on Carolina Football.

    We offer a Simple IRA, flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. While our community involvement mostly focuses on financial support, were proud to contribute to local causes in meaningful ways.

    Our office culture is collaborative and focused. Were looking for someone who can step into a leadership role, problem-solve effectively, and contribute to a supportive and hardworking team.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION :

    As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
    • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
    • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

      • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
