Responsibilities :

• Retrieve and organize data from personnel and employment files with precision.
• Maintain accurate paper filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible.
• Prepare and scan physical documents for digital storage.
• Utilize e-filing systems to securely store and manage electronic records.
• Handle file boxes efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
• Review and verify the completeness of scanned documents before archiving.
• Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of all records.
• Perform general clerical tasks to support the office's operational needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve filing and record-keeping processes.
