Job Description At Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation Business, we specialize in guiding clients through their operational transformation journeys that leverage digital solutions, cybersecurity, networking and cutting-edge automation technology. We help clients define strategies, implement solutions, and achieve sustainable results. Consultants are hands-on contributors who play a critical role in delivering client value. You will collect and analyze data, help design solutions, and contribute to project deliverables, all while learning to think strategically and work collaboratively. You will report to the Principal, Kalypso and can work in a remote environment from any location in the United States. Your responsibilities include : performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project goals, developing presentation materials and client-facing deliverables under guidance, participating in interviews, workshops, and meetings with clients, collaborating with peers and senior consultants to deliver project outcomes, seeking feedback and opportunities to develop consulting capabilities, and building subject matter depth in relevant domains or industries. The essential qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and the ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time. Preferred qualifications include : 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or an adjacent role, and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls.
