Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in Edinburg, TX .

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement ABA treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA / BCaBA

Collect and record accurate data using our clinical software (ABA Matrix)

Maintain open communication with supervisors and families

Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional development

Follow all BACB ethical standards and HIPAA confidentiality rules

Qualifications

Required :

Active RBT Certification (BACB)

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to pass required background checks (Texas HHS or approved vendor)

Preferred :

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Schedule

$20 / hour (fixed rate)

Full-time : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Part-time positions available based on availability

Paid training and supervision
