A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to spearhead the development within their Core Services squad.
Key Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions and lead engineering efforts
Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage tech refinements and productivity
Design and implement reliable systems and applications within a distributed micro-services architecture
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and / or Python
Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) regarding transaction isolation levels and schema migrations
Strong experience with Kafka for building asynchronous workflows
Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS) and container orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes
