A company is looking for a Senior Learning Partner, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning experiences for Customer Care associates and leaders
Facilitate leadership training sessions and serve as the liaison between Customer Care and training partners
Track and report on training completion and continuously improve content based on feedback
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a Customer Care environment
Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs
Strong working knowledge of learning technologies and authoring tools
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Business, Communications, HR, or related field
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently
