FTE : 0.9 FTE Full-Time, Shift : Nights 6 : 30pm-7 : 00am, Schedule : TBD. Self scheduling model utilized. Some weekends required.

This position is for Deaconess Hospital Float Pool.

Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits :

• Pay starting at $20.56 per hour depending on licensed experience
• 5K Sign on Bonus with a 24-month commitment to MultiCare (must have 1+ year licensed CNA experience to qualify)
• Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities
• You'll be eligible for weekend and shift differentials

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.56 - $30.76 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
