Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time experienced Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness - South Sioux City, NE. In this position, you will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, assessments, and customized fitness programs to all members of Anytime Fitness. Plus, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating our clients with sincere enthusiasm to  achieve their fitness goals. Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position with a base pay of $12 to $15 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, Anytime Fitness also offers performance-based commissions, health insurance access, 401K, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized training programs tailored to clients’ individual goals, interests, and abilities
• Perform assessments with clients to measure progress and physical fitness
• Provide motivation and encouragement to clients to ensure adherence to exercise programs
• Monitor the well-being of clients during each session
• Educate members about proper exercise techniques and safety measures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up to date on industry knowledge, trends, and advancements
• Inspect, clean and maintain fitness equipment and facility
