Construction Laborer II (Monday to Friday 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm)

Essential Functions :

• Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to :
• Drywall : Up to level 5 finish.
• Framing : Frames from a set of plans, and identifies quantity take off on a project.
• Flooring : Repairs and handles entire flooring projects, including floor preparation, installation and finish work.
• Doors / Windows : Installs framed doors and windows. Identifies and fixes door / window issues.
• Painting : Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.
• T-bar : Install T-bar ceilings, and has knowledge of ceiling grid terminology and codes.
• Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart / bag. Requests for and / or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary.
• Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required.
• Tracks assigned construction projects / tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards. Communicates progress to project manager and / or supervisor.
• Proactively performs construction projects / tasks, and identifies efficient methods to complete projects / tasks.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management

Pay Range : $23.14-$27.00 / hr
