You’ll drivesales andmembership growth, deliverexceptional customer service, and ensure every client leaves feeling like a VIP.Your day-to-day includes:

• Connecting with new and returning clients to understand their needs
• Recommending personalized treatment plans and memberships
• Rebooking appointments and helping clients commit to self-care
• Exceeding expectations by “WOWing” clients with each interaction
• Meeting personal and studio sales goals
• Creating loyal fans through your warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Continually learning through training and role-play to sharpen your skills
• Working closely with an awesome team and management who are here to support you

• You lovetalking to people, building trust, and making them feel seen and heard
• You’regoal-oriented and energized by meeting (and beating!) sales targets
• You handle fast-paced environments and multi-tasking like a pro
• You're all aboutintegrity,follow-through, andexceptional service
• You’re open to learning, growing, and becoming awellness expert

Requirements:

• Must be available for in-person shifts inHighlands Ranch, CO 80126
• Must be able toreliably commute or relocate prior to starting
• Must be comfortable with sales and performance metrics

• Part-time role with potential to grow
• Sales, spa, or wellness background is a plus — but passion and people skills matter most!
