Summary
Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner will be a part of LifeBridge Healths Metro Behavioral Consultants. The Provider will be repsonible for performing comprehensive medical and nursing assessments to be used in diagnosis and treatment of patients who are cognitively impaired at Levindale Hospital. Serves as an advisor, resource, preceptor and leader for other members of the patient care team. This position is paid at 60% of collectable billing. Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. MSN graduate of Nurse Practitioner program; Two years as RN; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing BSN) required; BSN from CCNE accredited schools. 3-5 years of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association CPE Certification, Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner certification; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
