Position Summary

As an Application Developer II at Sargent, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements to business processes and enterprise systems, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting company growth. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that enterprise systems are aligned with organizational goals. This role provides technical support to resolve or assist in resolving issues related to ERP systems, reports, and other software applications.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work through vigilance and accountability
• Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business systems and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional system requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users
• Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, modules, and upgrades
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the system meets business expectations
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or integrations with other business systems
• Assist with data migration, reporting, and dashboard development using tools like SQL, SSRS, or Power BI
• Manage project planning, change management, and stakeholder communication
• Utilize cross-functional teams to help make project and system decisions
• May lead a small to medium group of team members
• Support the Business Systems Team with all other required technical needs
