|$48.44 – $70.50 / hour (based on experience) Estimated Annual : $100,755 – $146,640 Relocation Assistance : Available case-by-case Overview A respected acute care hospital in the Fredericksburg region is seeking an experienced RN Manager for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to oversee operations for the pre-admission testing, same-day surgery, PACU, and endoscopy areas.

Responsibilities Provide 24-hour management oversight of Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Endoscopy units Manage daily operations, schedules, staffing, and patient flow Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards Oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and competency assessments Monitor productivity and manage labor and supply costs Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize surgical throughput Lead performance improvement, process optimization, and environment-of-care initiatives Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards Analyze data to support decision-making and departmental growth strategies Qualifications Required :
