Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

You'll have the opportunity to visit customers' residences, solving their connectivity issues while introducing them to innovative smart home technology.

• Install and maintain DISH equipment and various smart home devices.
• Educate customers on utilizing their technology and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Ensure a tidy workspace and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently yet collaboratively with the team.
