We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Business Development Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned business professional with a strong background in account management and a passion for driving growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, fostering key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. With a keen understanding of the manufacturing industry, the Business Development Manager will work to increase market share, expand our customer base, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential new business opportunities and clients in the manufacturing industry.

2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

3. Maintain and strengthen key client relationships through effective account management strategies.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.

6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

7. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

8. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals.

9. Drive customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and responding promptly to their inquiries.

10. Participate in industry events and professional organizations to increase company visibility and network with potential clients.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

3. Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.

4. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.

5. Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

11. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
