A highly reputable manufacturing company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to multi state payroll processing for multiple states and pay cycles, utilizing ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Excel and much more!

Job Description :

• Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now
• Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments.
• Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required
• Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-end
• Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets
• Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information.
• Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazlet, NJ.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
