A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
Coordinate negotiations of sales and leases, ensuring alignment with client goals
Track transaction activities and prepare necessary financial documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
Real Estate License is required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills
