BrightStar Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our clients in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health Company
📍 Service Area: East Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Centennial
💰 Wage: $90 per visit
🕒 Flexible Scheduling
Requirements:
✔️ Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license
✔️ Minimum one year of experience as an OT
✔️ CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
✔️ Ability to lift/pull 50 lbs
✔️ Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
✔️ 2-Step TB test and Physical Exam
✔️ Background check and drug screening required
✔️ Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus!
Responsibilities:
🔹 Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
🔹 Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
🔹 Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
🔹 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
