The Opportunity

As an integral member of our EPM team, you'll lead the charge in transformation initiatives, utilizing advanced technology and innovative techniques to create outstanding solutions. In the role of Manager in Solution Architecture, you will be essential in deciphering complex business challenges and crafting the solution architecture that successfully translates these requirements into practical results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee client engagement teams to deliver exceptional professional services while driving business development for strategic accounts.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
  • Design solutions for intricate problems and advocate for necessary policy enhancements.
  • Establish and optimize procedures that impact both your work area and broader business functions.
  • Employ your judgment to select the most effective methodologies for achieving desired outcomes.

  • Build and sustain relationships with clients, consistently delivering high-quality services while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends that are relevant to your clients' businesses.
  • Inspire and manage diverse engagement teams, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Assist in implementing EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions that drive success.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills complemented by effective communication abilities.

    • To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • A Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) and a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least five years of experience delivering consultative services in areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
  • Familiarity with contemporary EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle Planning, OneStream, or similar tools.
  • A robust analytical mindset paired with a proven capability to convert business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • A readiness to travel to meet client needs.
