The New Century School is an independent, language-immersion (Spanish / Chinese) preschool8th grade in the heart of historic Fells Point. We are known for joyful, creative, and intellectually rich classrooms where children thrive in a warm, nurturing, and culturally vibrant community.
Due to an unexpected opening, we are immediately seeking an outstanding, experienced Lead Primary Teacher (ages 35) to join our team for the remainder of the 20252026 school year, with strong potential for a long-term role.
Who We Need
- A passionate, creative educator with experience with children ages 35
- Proven skill in designing and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons that spark curiosity and foster independence
- A warm, collaborative professional who excels at building strong partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
- Someone energized by a multilingual, multicultural environment and committed to social-emotional as well as academic growth
