[job_card.job_description]Assist with portfolio monitoring and asset allocation reviews at the model level Assist in preparing client reports and investment model updates Track new money to portfolios & systematic DCA, restricted funds & model customizations Attend and assist in client meetings Track bond maturities, client fund restrictions, and systematic contributions Learn firm processes, compliance, and technology systems Answer emails & calls at mentoring Advisor's request Assist in drafting & communicating market commentary and investment communications Conduct research and support 529 and education planning, along with the completion of the Education Planning course through AICPA - CIMA Perform administrative tasks, as needed Conduct research & support special projects, as needed Minimum 5 years professional experience in an administrative or client facing capacity, preferably related to the financial industry or successfully completed an Addison Avenue Financial Advisor internship assignment. Strong interest in financial planning and investment management Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and client service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Minimum Education : High School Diploma Certification / License : Securities Industry Essentials Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses within first 90 days Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)
Description
The Associate Financial Advisor is mentored by a Financial Advisor while assisting members, clients, and prospects with information, products and procedures to implement an investment program. This position is considered an entry level role and part of a defined career path toward becoming a Financial Advisor.

Support in gathering client information for constructing and updating financial plans, pre & post meetings

Location : Fort Collins Experience Center (Primary) with coverage at Boulder and Denver Tech locations
Target Compensation for Texas / Georgia : $27.00 to $33.00 / hour + annual bonus
