The Material Handler will play an important role in supporting daily operations by moving parts and materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, and keeping the warehouse organized. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting who is sharp, dependable, and eager to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills are key, as this role works closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly.

Location : Malden, MA

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the daily flow of materials in and out of the warehouse.
• Move parts, supplies, and finished goods between production areas, shipping, and storage.
• Support shipping and receiving activities including packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in warehouse systems.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Operate material handling equipment (with training / certification provided as needed).
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
• Provide general support to warehouse and production teams as needed.

Physical Requirements : Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
