Location : Phoenix, AZ (Entire Metro Area)

Job Type :   Part-Time / Flexible Scheduling

Pay : $60 per Visit – Top Pay for Outpatient PTA Roles

Job Description :

Join our innovative home-based outpatient physical therapy practice serving the Phoenix metro area! We’re seeking dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants and Occupational Assistants (PTAs and COTAs) to support patient care in a flexible, high-paying role. Unlike Home Health, you’ll schedule patients at your convenience, enjoying autonomy and work-life balance. With opportunities throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and surrounding areas, you’ll earn $60 per visit – among the highest-paying outpatient PTA positions in the region.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Physical Therapists with in-home outpatient treatments.
  • Implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and PTs.

    • Requirements :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or COTA  in Arizona (or eligible).
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health  related experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
  • Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
