Assembler Location :

  • Durham, NC Shift : 1st Shift, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Job Type : Temp-to-Hire, Contract-to-Permanent Start Date : Immediate hiring, positions available now Benefits & Weekly Pay Position Overview : As an Assembler,  you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality electronic components.
  • Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standards.

This position is located near Durham, NC .   Key Responsibilities :

  • Precision Assembly : Apply and remove masking materials on precision electronic components under magnification to ensure accuracy.

    • Equipment Operation :

  • Operate various manufacturing equipment, including coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, and application tools to facilitate the assembly process.

    • Component Handling :

  • Work with small parts, utilizing magnification devices for detailed work and quality inspection.

    • Quality Control :

  • Perform thorough quality control inspections and pack finished components to maintain product integrity.

    • ESD Protocols :

  • Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection protocols to safeguard sensitive electronics.

    • Workplace Maintenance :

  • Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to contamination prevention procedures to support overall production quality.

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Attention to Detail : Steady hands and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in using magnification devices and microscopes for fine detail work.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods, ensuring physical capability for the role.

    • Quality Mindset :

  • A keen quality inspection mindset with an ability to detect defects and ensure high standards.
