Position Overview
The Associate Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive first impression for patients and supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic. This position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
Handle email and mail correspondence
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Assist patients with paperwork and documentation
Support billing and payment processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
Follow all safety protocols
Provide solutions and support for patient needs
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service and medical office experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (preferred but not required)
No professional license or certification required
Pay Details : $19.07 per hour
