We are seeking a detail-oriented Count Team Member to join our gaming this role you will be responsible for accurately counting and processing currency from gaming floor operations while ensuring compliance with Missouri Gaming Control Board regulations and maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
- Perform mechanically assisted counting of table drop boxes and bill validator boxes with extreme precision
- Maintain security and protection of large amounts of currency throughout the counting process
- Verify and reconcile total funds to ensure count accuracy
- Prepare and document funds for transfer to the Cage Department
- Process and maintain detailed documentation for the Accounting Department
- Follow strict security protocols and compliance procedures
- Operate currency counting equipment and verify accuracy of counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing
- Report any security concerns or discrepancies to supervisors immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the count room
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in cash handling banking or casino operations preferredProficiency in operating currency counting equipment and 10-key calculatorKnowledge of AS / 400 computer systemStrong mathematical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesPhysical ability to :Stand for extended periodsLift and carry up to 50 poundsPush / pull heavy equipment (up to 2000 pounds with assistance)Move efficiently around the count roomFlexibility to work varying shifts as neededMust successfully pass background check and drug screeningAbility to maintain required gaming licenses and regulatory complianceDemonstrated organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate recordsStrong focus on security protocols and confidentialityAdditional Information :
