OKC Roofers is hiring 5 motivated, self-driven

Roofing Sales Specialist to help homeowners protect and improve their properties with confidence. In this role, you'll manage your own schedule, inspect residential roofs, present solutions, and close deals. Our internal team takes care of backend logistics so you can focus on selling - and succeeding.

Key Responsibilities-

Perform roof inspections and damage assessments on residential properties.-

Guide homeowners through roofing options with honesty and transparency.-

Educate clients on the insurance process, project scope, timelines, and materials.-

Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and close deals.-

Collaborate with the internal team for project handoffs and documentation.-

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Qualifications-

1+ years of sales experience (roofing or home improvement preferred, but not required).-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-

Ability to inspect roofs, climb ladders, and handle outdoor work.-

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.-

Self-starter mentality with a drive to close sales.-

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
