The Supply Planner will perform a variety of tasks with a focus on purchased material in support of program and factory build plans. The candidate needs to be energetic, willing to learn, able to work independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent. The candidate also must be ready to work in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to learn logistics / transportation in supporting factory needs.

The associated tasks listed below are necessary to prevent a work stoppage or a slip in schedule, both of which would have a significant impact on the factory and / or programs cost and schedule requirements.

• Support Program, Integrated Planning Lead (IPL), and Material Program Manager (MPM) on material procurement plans.
• Review, analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in PRISM per MRP or MPM PO placement plans, as applicable.
• Evaluate material availability, identifying potential gaps and proactively working supplied material problems.
• Facilitate cross-functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and coordinate some Logistics.
• Participates and lead continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with other departments.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
