Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Monday 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a retail distribution location.
  • Monitor access to the premises, verifying credentials and assisting visitors, vendors, and / or employees as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and the public while representing Allied Universal at the front desk.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including alerting management and / or emergency services if required.
  • Support efforts to help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
