A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process sales opportunities in SFDC / CPQ, ensuring timely closure and compliance with revenue recognition guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve booking-related issues and provide guidance on deal closures
Train and mentor new team members while actively participating in process improvements and business projects
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in customer service, finance, operations, or support
Experience as a Salesforce user, particularly with CPQ
Flexible availability for extended hours at month and quarter ends
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong relationship-building and critical thinking skills
