Job Summary : As a Family Medicine Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing care according to our established policies and procedures, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor patient care plans; record and communicate patient conditions effectively.
• Act as the primary coordinator among all disciplines involved in patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders diligently.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning for patients, collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge in nursing care tailored to patients’ specific needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism through adherence to nursing standards and ethical practices.
• Maintain a state of alertness to ensure patient safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
