Accounting Manager

Description

Kimberly Casey from Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company in Springfield, OR. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled financial leader to oversee accounting operations, manage a talented team, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of GAAP, experience in a manufacturing setting, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across financial reporting, audits, and ERP optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• CPA license or CPA eligible required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Demonstrated expertise in general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience preparing and consolidating financial statements.
• Background in manufacturing industry accounting is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
