The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Production Engineering Senior Manager in Everett, WA to support the KC-46 team.

The KC-46 Production Engineering Senior Manager leads KC-46 Liaison Engineering (LE) / Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Production Engineering (PE) managers and engineers to support KC-46 build, testing, and delivery at EMC (Everett Modification Center), Boom Shop, EDC (Everett Delivery Center), and MDC (Military Delivery Center). They provide leadership, planning, coordination, and people skills to KC-46 Production Engineering organization.

Position Responsibilities :

• Accountable to plan, coordinate, and manage daily implementation of Production Engineering organization at all build locations.
• Collaborate with BCA Production Engineering LE / ME / Tooling (TE) teams as needed to help integrate Commercial Derivative Aircraft SOW across BDS and BCA.
• Ability to multi-task and effect immediate recovery plans for unplanned events.
• Work closely with Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Liaison Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Representatives on 767-2C and KC-46.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Security Clearance This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
