Security Officer - Media Dispatch Agent

As a Security Officer - Media Dispatch Agent in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting an advanced technology location. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct regular security-related patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter potential incidents. You will be the first point of contact, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and team members. Pay Rate : $23.50 / Hour

Tue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by executing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Receive, process, and dispatch calls for service or incidents in the location, maintaining clear and concise communication with personnel and first responders as needed.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and alarm panels to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, dispatches, and communications in accordance with company and location protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating resources as required.
  • Communicate security-related information to relevant team members, management, and / or external agencies as directed.
  • Assist with access control processes by verifying credentials and authorizing entry or exit for personnel and visitors as necessary.
  • Support Allied Universal and location management in implementing and updating security-related procedures and protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • CPR certification and / or first aid training are preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
