AV Programmer

Innovate-AV's mission is to deliver best-in-class, turnkey audio-visual systems that empower seamless collaboration and spark innovation-creating immersive experiences that enhance communication, deepen engagement, and transform spaces for clarity and impact. We're seeking an experienced Audio Visual Systems Programmer with strong Crestron and QSC experience to design, develop, and maintain control systems and DSP configurations for meeting rooms, auditoriums, classrooms and distributed AV environments. You'll collaborate with project managers and technicians to deliver turnkey, user-friendly solutions.

This position is for "In-house", not remote.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, program, test, and deploy Crestron control system solutions (SIMPL, SIMPL+, Crestron Studio, or equivalent).
• Configure and program QSC Q-SYS and Biamp Audio DSPs, peripherals, and networked audio devices.
• Create intuitive touch panel GUIs, device drivers, macros, and system documentation.
• Integrate AV systems with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex), room scheduling, and building systems.
• Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and firmware / patch updates.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and field technicians.
• Produce programming documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet security, networking, and AV best practices.
• Re-terminate or re-pin connections and cabling if required.
• Exceptional Time Management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints and specifications
• Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of AV materials and installation methods
