The Academy Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Academy Department,
ensuring that student records, communications, and operational systems are maintained with
accuracy and care. This role serves as a hub for family communication, staff coordination, and
documentation management, directly supporting the Directors of Academy Administration and
Student Services. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skill, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities.

All direct service staff may be required to participate in aquatic environments with consumers, including swimming pools and splash pads. Employees must be able to swim, remain comfortable in water settings, and provide direct supervision of consumers during these activities. Accommodations can be discussed with a supervisor if needed.
