Job Description :

  • Telecom B2B Sales Domain
  • Lead defect triage and resolution in a complex Salesforce Sales Cloud environment integrated with NetCracker CPQ and MuleSoft
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to guide solution design and troubleshooting
  • Perform hands-on remediation of high-priority defects during US business hours
  • Bring telecom industry experience, specifically in B2B sales processes
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills Required :

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud (configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Components) deep experience required
  • Understanding / experience with a CPQ software (configuration and integration experience preferred) NetCracker CPQ nice to have but not required
  • MuleSoft (API integration, troubleshooting, and flow design) nice to have but not required
  • Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and middleware
  • Experience with defect tracking tools
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and propose scalable solutions
