Mechanical Design Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Design, Integration, and Test Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced materials, structural components, and functional systems for our next-generation products. This role involves performing detailed analysis, design, and testing of moderately complex to complex systems, ensuring alignment with performance specifications and cross-functional requirements. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical approaches, develop innovative solutions, and validate designs through rigorous testing. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, design, and testing of complex materials, structural components, or functional systems using advanced engineering tools and methodologies.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and Siemens NX to develop and refine product designs.
• Interpret and analyze system requirements to define engineering problems and compute design characteristics aligned with performance goals.
• Generate and release design data following peer and senior engineer reviews.
• Develop original design concepts and refine preliminary ideas into robust engineering solutions.
