Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Field Ops Manager with deep expertise in data center infrastructurespecifically in the commissioning and operation of cooling equipment related to liquid-to-liquid cooling applications, technical cooling systems (TCS), and coolant distribution units (CDUs). This role is pivotal in shaping our service and support strategy to ensure system assurance and operational excellence for our mission-critical customers.

As a key technical leader within the team, you will collaborate with engineering, product, sales, service, and customer success teams to define and implement a best-in-class service program that supports the full lifecycle of our cooling solutionsfrom new construction startup and commissioning efforts through ongoing operations.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range : The total compensation range for this position is $102,200-$153,200 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
