Senior Consultant

About the Company:

Our client, a well-recognized business advisory and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists
• Support clients’ Form 10-K, Forms 10-Q and quarterly earnings release
• Prepare non-public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support
• Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel
• Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances
• Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3-4 years in public accounting
• CPA
• Sound knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting a plus

Salary Range:

$95,000-$130,000
