• Embedded C Development : Architect and write bare‑metal embedded C software for microcontrollers (50%+ hands‑on coding).
• Technical Leadership : Mentor junior engineers, provide technical direction, and act as a force multiplier for the team.
• Program Ownership : Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables as the technical owner.
• Frameworks & Tools : Develop reusable solutions to accelerate embedded software development.
• Best Practices : Establish processes, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering standards.
