This is a remote-first role that can be held in Canada or the United States.

The Role : Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Fintech, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Jobber's newest financial services product. Our fintech products are designed to help small service businesses thrive and succeed in managing their finances, from getting paid to accessing capital. We are looking for a strong product leader to tackle a new problem space and build the next big financial product we offer. This is an opportunity to build a business, not just a feature, with a clear mandate to innovate, differentiate, and scale zero to one.

The Senior Product Manager will :

• Lead end-to-end product development for a new financial services product, as well as manage an existing feature at scale.
• Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution, aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and marketing.
• Define and execute the roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.
• Deeply understand your business, synthesizing market, regulatory, and customer data into smart product decisions.
• Prioritize user and business impact, ensuring every product decision drives value for Jobber's small business customers.
• Act as the voice of the customer, especially for small business owners trying to balance their back office admin with doing their craft.
• Set the foundation for a strategy in an entirely new problem space, acting as the resident expert within the company.

Compensation : At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $145,900, a midpoint of $171,600, and a maximum salary of $197,400, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
