BWI Airport - Junior Mechanic
Schedule : Thursday - Monday (6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm)
Wage : $27-$30 / hr
WORK AIRSIDE. THINK GROUND LEVEL. PERFORM SKY HIGH - BECOME A GSE MECHANIC I TODAY
The GSE Mechanic Level I is responsible for maintaining and repairing motorized and non-motorized ground support equipment such as tugs and belt loaders while performing advanced maintenance tasks to promote the longevity of the equipment.
WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS A GSE MECHANIC I
- Inspect maintain troubleshoot and repair various mechanical components including engines brakes and body systems
- Diagnose and fix mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues following safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Service equipment with necessary fluids like fuel oil and hydraulic fluid
- Operate and test ground equipment to assess performance and functionality
- Complete documentation including logging repairs tracking parts and following safety protocols
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
