We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric / Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists / neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager Operations to join our Operations team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day operations across multiple departments. The position involves assisting in team management, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will contribute to ongoing performance improvement initiatives and promote effective cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Human Resources, System Admin & IT, Office Management and other departments as well.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare operations domain, including at least 3 years as a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving successful strategies.
• Candidate must have a master’s degree.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance standards, and productivity metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
