Key Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of services such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, spray tans, and more.

Deliver exceptional client experience per our Lashique standards

Perform add-on services including brow lamination, lash lifts, and tinting, as trained.

Conduct thorough consultations to tailor services to client needs.

Educate clients on products and post-care to enhance their service experience.

Actively contribute to revenue growth through upselling additional services and retail products.

Build lasting relationships with clients by providing a personalized and comfortable experience, fostering trust and loyalty.

Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards during all client interactions.

Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our studio's reputation for excellence and create memorable client experiences.

Ensure adherence to all studio protocols, including scheduling and proper product usage.

Stay updated on industry trends to integrate the latest beauty techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional esthetics, particularly facials and waxing.
• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• Preferred experience in a spa setting, delivering a high level of client or guest services.
• Strong knowledge of anti-aging skin protocols and the ability to recommend effective skincare solutions.
• Proficiency in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, and other beauty services is a significant advantage.
• Strong sales skills with experience in recommending skincare products and regimens.
• Familiarity with PCA skincare, chemical peels, and various massage techniques preferred.

Detail-oriented with exceptional precision and efficiency in service delivery.
